How to buy at Gourmandise Concept Market?
Before making any purchase you must register. If you are already a registered user you will have to access your account using your username and password. Once this step is completed you can make your purchase by following the steps that will be indicated.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can remove unwanted items from your cart as long as the order process is not complete. That is, before making the payment.
What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
At GOURMANDISE we offer you the following payment methods:
You enter the data of your card at the time of making the payment. This service is managed by STRIPE (platform similar to PAYPAL) that guarantees total security in the transaction. STRIPE has the highest level of PCI compliance. When a customer enters their payment information, it is sent directly to STRIPE and stored securely in their infrastructure. STRIPE is certified as a Tier 1 PCI service provider, the highest level of certification.
2. PAYPAL / CARD:
The customer will be taken to the PayPal website where he will make the payment using this secure payment platform. Once the payment process has been completed, it will be redirected back to the GOURMANDISE page.
Once in PayPal you can make the payment with a Paypal account or with credit card.
Paypal can retain an amount as a guarantee or insurance when trying to make a purchase with the card in the PayPal platform (usually a few cents or € 1). This amount will be refunded by PayPal in about a month.
The collection of this amount does not guarantee that the purchase is made.
3. BANK TRANSFER:
By selecting this option you will automatically receive an email with the bank account details to make the transfer. We will not complete the order until we have received the full amount of the purchase in our account. The order will be processed only when the payment is actually made.
Can I cancel my order once it has been done?
Yes you can cancel your order as long as you notify us before receiving the Completed Order email.
The products will be sold at the price indicated, being valid the one that is shown at the moment of the confirmation of the order by the customer.
Prices include Spanish VAT, shipping costs and VAT will be added when ordering.
If you place an order from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, once you enter your address will automatically delete the VAT of your order. You will have to pay the taxes that correspond to you according to your area once the order arrives to you.
If you place your order from an EU country, once you enter your address will automatically delete the VAT of your order.
If you place your order from USA or Canada, once you enter your address will automatically delete the VAT of your order.
GOURMANDISE Concept Market reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most shipments take approximately 7 to 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Some products have longer terms which will be specified in the description of the product. If your order for any reason has any type of delay (exceeding 10 working days) we will contact you to let you know.
How much are the shipping costs?
- Shipments to Spain peninsula: € 6
- Shipping to Balearic Islands: € 10
- Shipping to Canary Islands: from 15 € *
- Shipping to Ceuta and Melilla: from € 21 *
- Shipping to Portugal: from 6 €
- Shipping EU countries (Europe): € 14 **
- Shipping South America: € 24 **
- Shipping to United States and Canada: 20 €
The furniture is only sent to Spain Peninsula destinations.
* The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not part of the EU customs territory, so shipments may be subject to taxes and / or customs duties. These taxes and duties are not included in the purchase. The amount of the fees may vary depending on the size and weight of the package. Upon delivery of the product, the recipient must pay the Import DUA and the IGIC.
Normally, fees are charged at the time of delivery of the package, although it is possible that the Customer receives a notification from the courier service requesting that he personally address to pay those fees in order to receive the package.

Shipments are made by courier service.
The shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, rate, tariff or surcharge.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
Of course we ship to the Canary Islands and the Balearics, as well to Ceuta and Melilla, the only thing is that the shipping cost is higher.
The only products we do not ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and Ceuta and Melilla are the furniture due to its size. If you are interested in some furniture, do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to find an economical solution so that you can enjoy our products.
In which countries are Gourmandise products available?
Currently you can buy in Spain, countries that belong to the European Union, the United States, Canada, Central and South America.

Can I change my data?
Of course in your account you can modify your billing and shipping information. You can also manage your orders and your wish list.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
When accessing your account you have the possibility to click on Forgot your password and we will send you an email with the steps to reset it.
What are the advantages of being a registered user?
For starters, you can only buy once you have registered. Once you are a registered user you can check the status of your order, the history of your purchases, add products to your wish list as well as modify your data at any time and change your password if you wish.
In addition, our registered users receive through their email special promotions like discounts and offers that can only be accessed in this way.
Can I return an item I have purchased and received?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 15 calendar days from the day you receive the products. For this you only have to notify us writing an email to email@example.com indicating the data needed to locate the purchase. Once we have received your email we will inform you by email of the process to follow.
To comply with the return period, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the expiration of the corresponding term.
In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to GOURMANDISE (product that does not match the reference purchased) GOURMANDISE will be responsible for collecting the products and / or change them for the correct one taking care of the costs associated with this return and / or change.
In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to GOURMANDISE as changes in color, size or other characteristics, that are due to a change of opinion or error of the customer when making the purchase, it should be the customer who will be responsible for sending the products in perfect condition without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 15 calendar days after receipt of the products.
In these cases GOURMANDISE will reimburse the customer for all payments received, except shipping costs. Likewise, the customer must assume the direct cost of returning the products.
GOURMANDISE will proceed to make the reimbursement within 15 calendar days from the date we are informed of the decision to return the purchase and will do so using the same payment method used by the client for the initial transaction.
GOURMANDISE reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until it has received the products.
